Asmodeus Face by SadDaysCrochet Asmodeus Face by SadDaysCrochet
I'm not sure if this is even Amigurumi anymore... Hey look, I made a face! It has full features, eyes that open and close as well as look side to side, a mouth that opens closes smiles and frowns with teeth and a tongue inside it, ears, nose, eyebrows, floppy hair, and a goatee! He's on a stop motion armature from Animation Supplies ([link]), and his eyeballs were made by Yovanka Black ([link]). If his body turns out as well as his face has, I will be trying to convince stop motion animation studios to hire me to make them for movies. =D

I can't capture how cool this is with any one photograph. I tried to capture it in a comic here: [link] . There will be many more pictures of him as I finish him and then more when I make him lots of clothes. I anticipate he will be quite spoilt.

He finally has an official name, which is nifty. He is Asmodeus, the Limping Devil, Prince of Hell etc. etc. Frankly the most likable of all the demons (a friend and I spend a few days doing research on this). There is a high chance that I will be starting a comic called SadDays: Personal Demons (I've found that nothing is really definite in my life, so it might not happen at all, but I would like it to happen), and the demons were supposed to be metaphors, but apparently they are real now? Anyway, there will be more about that if it happens, and he will feature centrally.

I can't decide whether I should post said comics here on DA or in my scraps or just on Tumblr and/or Facebook. Any input on that would be appreciated! (There's a poll on my front page if you would be so good as to contribute!)

Edit: At least 16 of you want comics here, so I'm putting comics here! So I guess you can check out comic 1.1.1 here: [link]

I don't think anyone has ever tried it before! Well, not with crochet at least. Stay tuned for the complete body- I'm hoping to finish him either tomorrow or Friday!

Thank you! I'll try to take a video for you- I have to take his hair off to make his eyes move though, so it will not look as good as maybe you imagine it will.
